Bestresults in my tests are having adaptive quality on. I didn't notice any negative impact of using this option. All tests are 1440p fullscreen windowed mode. 980Ti (not oc) and Ryzen 1700. Depth of field off in all tests (I don't like the effect). If I didn't mention a setting, it is set to the highest option available.
