But based on the sizing guide above, anything between a 4.0 – 5.0 is what you're shooting for. So, assuming that 4.5 is the ideal number, with your wrist size of 170mm divided by the watch face size (38mm or 42mm), you should choose the 38mm. 170mm / 38 = 4.47 170mm / 42 = 4.04.
